1. Verification of Evidence

We require and review documented proof to ensure transparency, authenticity, and compliance. This includes:

  • Organization Profile: Legal registration, mission statement, organizational structure.

  • Training Materials: Course outlines, manuals, presentations, learner guides, and assessment tools.

  • Trainer Credentials: CVs, certifications, experience records, and references.

  • Learner Records: Attendance sheets, feedback forms, completion certificates, and performance data.

  • Quality Assurance Documents: Evaluation forms, internal audits, feedback analysis, improvement plans.

2. Training Process Review

We evaluate the full lifecycle of the training delivery to ensure it meets international best practices. Key areas include:

  • Training Needs Analysis: Review of how the provider identifies learner needs and sets objectives.

  • Curriculum Design: Examination of course structure, learning outcomes, and instructional design.
